1. What this covers
These terms cover Google Suite Access (gsa), a personal command-line tool written by Dan Oblinger. It is provided for the author’s own use.
2. No service is offered
gsa is not a hosted service. There is no server, no account, no subscription, and no support commitment. Running the tool means running software on your own computer, under your own Google credentials.
3. Your responsibility
Anyone running gsa is responsible for the Google account they authorize it against and for the commands they run. The tool can modify and delete documents in that account. Access can be withdrawn at any time at Google Account permissions.
4. No warranty
The tool is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any claim, damages, data loss, or other liability arising from the use of this tool.
6. Changes
These terms may change; revisions will be posted on this page with a revised date.
